Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes. If you arrive early, please wait in or near your vehicle. We don't want to encourage any unnecessary gathering until we start.
We always start on time to get everyone organized and unable to wait if you are late. We want to take full advantage of the evening!

This is the parking lot facing the play structure and is the last parking lot before exiting the park.
Once arrived, we will be meeting near the parking lot.
The park offers an accessibility trail to our meeting place. Please note that the parking lot is different from that above. The map below should take you to where you can park.
The access road is not within the park - but through St. Vital Cemetery
When entering, follow the road to the right to a small round about and parking area. There is an accessible trail that winds through where the class will be held.
Dana, our practitioner can meet you at the parking lot if needed. Please call her at 204-470-1980 upon arrival.
What to wear
Wear something comfortable and dress for the weather. We recommend bringing layers just in case it cools down.
What to bring
Something to sit on - a blanket, yoga mat, etc.
Journal and pen
Your favourite snack - this will be used in one of the guided exercises during the session.
There are washrooms available in the park.
If we need to cancel due to the weather conditions, we will let you know by 3:00pm that day by the emailed you supplied with us upon registration.
A full refund will be provided.

We are happy to change your time or provide you with a full refund anytime up until 48 hours before your lesson time. Anything cancelled or changed after this time frame, unfortunately, will not be refunded.
