At our intro to stand up paddle boarding class, our goal is to get you comfortable on a board. This class is great for first timers or those looking to learn and practice their technique. 

We keep things light and simple - your job is to have a good time and ours is to keep you safe. This is why we always start our lessons by going over the fundamentals. This means learning how to be safe on the water, paddle technique, and how to handle your board. We also cover mounting your board, kneeling, basic turns, standing, forward stroke and more!
